SKY RIDGE PET POLICY
Our firm policies ensure all of our guests are treated equally and fairly.
Please consider carefully before reserving your stay.

PET FEES
All guests planning to bring pets with them to Sky Ridge Yurts must pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee per every two pets brought. For example, if you're bringing two pets, you'll pay $100. If you bring three or four pets, you will pay $200. There is a maximum of four pets per yurt or cabin allowed.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are allowed by law for free at Sky Ridge. If you are bringing a service animal, you must disclose this at the point you make your reservation. If we discover an unannounced service animal, you will be charged regular posted pet fees.

PETS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED FOR ANY REASON
No pet may be left unattended at Sky Ridge Yurts for any reason during your stay. If we discover that you have left your pet in our yurts and cabins without a chaperone, the following steps will be taken to deal with the policy violation:

- You will be financially responsible for any refunds Sky Ridge Yurts is required to make to other guests for disruption of their vacation. This is not limited and based entirely upon the number of guests who request a refund as a result of complaints about your unattended pet.
- You may be asked to leave Sky Ridge Yurts without refund of your stay.

PET ETIQUETTE
Pets must be leashed and under your control when outside of your yurt or cabin, and please clean up your pet's waste as necessary. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your pet during your stay. Sky Ridge Yurts will also be held harmless in the event your pet injures another guest while on our property and that liability will fall to the pet owner.

DON'T SPEAK LEGAL-EZE?
Here's our policy in normal language. Pets are welcome to come with you on your visit to Sky Ridge Yurts, but don't bring them if you don't intend to take them with you when you leave the grounds each day. We have found that the non-soundproof nature of yurts and dogs do not mix well, and very often your super-chill pup at home becomes a non-stop barking monster when left unattended at the yurts. We've seen it all - from crates to putting pups in the bathroom - and it just isn't a good idea to try to break this pet policy. Unless you have some very understanding yurt neighbors, pets left unattended almost always result in multiple noise complaints. These complaints are very difficult for our staff to handle, as we can't legally touch your pets to try to calm them down or give them any relief, leaving us with very little option other than apologizing for you and waiting for you to return. If we wind up having to financially compensate guests disturbed by your pets, this could cost you thousands of dollars, and no one wants that to happen. So, unless you plan on letting your fur baby participate in the entire vacation, it really is best - for you and your pet - to leave them at home. As for the rest, make sure you keep your pets under control, clean up behind them and don't let them chew on anyone or anything while they're here.
